DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit counts toward your total rental balance. Balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
REFUND POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be transferred.
A $100 incidental charge is included in the rental fee and will be refunded within 10 business days, provided that the cleaning policies are followed.
CANCELLATION TERMS
45 Days Before: Your full $350 Booking Deposit can be used for future events within one year.
30-45 Days Before: 50% of the deposit can be transferred; the remaining 50% will be forfeited.
Within 30 Days: The entire $350
Booking Deposit will be forfeited. IY the facility successfully bocks another event on the same day and time, 50% of your Booking Deposit con be transferred for future use within one year.
